G10 is a composite material that's made by layering glass cloth soaked in epoxy. It's very popular in the EDC community for knife scales because it's light and durable but there are challenges to making it into pens. Specifically, it only comes in sheets and is extremely messy to machine. The natural (jade) color will slowly darken and patina over time while the OD Green should remain unchanged. Also, the texture is prominent right out of the box but will eventually smooth on the high-wear areas

Based on the Magnus ClickShift™ V1, our version is rebuilt from the ground up to simplify production, tighten up the action, and improve the overall feel. The three-piece mechanism is machined grade 5 titanium and a C63000 bronze actuator switch to provide a smooth action while maintaining durability. It's the same diameter as our other slim pens and same refill compatibility as our short length. Enjoy!

  Historically we've stuck with the idea, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" on the diameter of the pens. As a designer, it's impossible to keep everyone happy but the biggest request we've gotten over the past few years has been to make some slimmer pens (and pencils). So, now that we have more shop capacity, we figured why not do something about it!

  Bolt Action Mini and Side Click Mini

  The Bolt Action Mini comes with a Pilot G2 mini.

  The Pilot G2 Mini is about 0.7” shorter than the Parker style refills and is still about 0.2" too short for the Fisher Space Pen refill without the adapter on the back. It’s a weird oddball of a refill and about the only thing we have found that works is getting a 3D printed adapter that allows you to use D1 refills:

Refill for the Tactile Turn pencils, available in 0.5 and 0.7. Comes together with 3pack of erasers.

This is just the bolt that you push on to advance and retract the mechanism for the Slider and Glider Pens and the Pencil. It is not the internal part, only the bolt that advances and retracts the mechanism. Titanium Damascus is different alloys of titanium that are forged together and twisted to create a cool pattern and after they are machined we heat them to bring out the pattern. Every bolt looks a little different. These are unique pieces and every one has variation from the next. Take a look at the photo that shows a few examples before selecting this option. These parts are threaded, so unscrewing the old one and screwing the new one in tightly is required. We use Knipex smooth jaw pliers to install these so they won't come out very easily. Be careful if you are removing your bolt as it is easy to scratch the pens. Most pliers are made from hardened steel and will scratch even our toughest titanium, zirconium, and stainless steel pens.

Updated Titanium Damascus Clip for the Slim Bolt Action, Side Click, Slim Side Click Pens, and Pencils. Comes with a blued titanium Torx T8 screw.

Note: The One Screw clips will not work on the Two Screw bodies and vice versa. As of October 2022 we are no longer producing the older (Two Screw) clips.
