Orders and Returns


All prices are in Canadian Dollars, and are subject to change without notice. From time to time Thunderbird Gear offers special pricing and promotions, Please check back regularly. 



All orders shipped to Canadian destinations are free of additional charge via Canada Post. Orders with a value greater than $100.00 will be shipped Expedited Post with a tracking number and insurance of up to $100.00. Orders less than $100. are shipped standard mail. Additional insurance may be purchased. Customer specified carriers can be arranged. Please call us to make arraignments. In Store pickups are always welcome. 

International orders are shipped Via Post. Prices vary based on size, weight and destination. 

Thunderbird Gear will not be held responsible for lost, stolen shipments or shipments seized by authorities. We will however do what ever we can to help you with any shipping issues.


International buyers must assume all responsibility. Please be aware of your local laws and restrictions.

Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.  All items offered for sale will be listed on our website.  Not all products are stocked by Thunderbird Gear, some products are special order and will require longer delivery times. All products offered on vendors web sites can be purchased through Thunderbird Gear – just drop us an email to make your purchase request. You are welcome to check the site regularly to see what's new. 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, send us an email.  Please reference the order number and give us specific instructions. Orders that have been shipped can not be cancelled. Orders may be returned for refund. Item must be in unused condition in original packaging shipping paid.  A restocking fee may apply. 

Do you have layaway?

Yes, FREE layaway is available on all items. No fees, no interest, no penalty for early pay off. Please contact us to setup your layaway plan.

Thunderbird Gear is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by products purchased from Thunderbird Gear no mater the circumstances. The user assumes full responsibility.
