The WE100 Precision Sharpener is the original sharpener from Wicked Edge. It offers features that represent the core of our sharpening innovation.

The WE100 is an affordable option for someone who wants to start out simple and have the ability to add upgrades and accessories as they need them. The 100/200 and 400/600 Grit Diamond Stones included with the WE100 will allow the user to put a no nonsense, working edge on their knife in a short amount of time. For this reason, it is a good choice for users who need a great edge on daily work knives, like kitchen knives, pocket knives, every day carry knives and hunting knives.

With an angle range of 15 to 30 degrees and the ability to set independent angles on each side of the sharpener, the WE100 Precision Sharpener can handle a wide variety of knife styles. The 8” guide rods will allow this sharpener to handle knives up to 15 inches in length and the vise jaw can handle blades up to 3/8” thick. This sharpener can be easily mounted to a home work station or it can be mounted to any of the bases* we offer with the provided hardware. 

The WE100 Precision Sharpener is the model that is included with our Pro-Pack I system.

Designed to accommodate anyone who has a wide assortment of knife styles, the WE120 Precision Sharpener is one of our more versatile sharpeners. This sharpener offers a wide angle range of 13-35 degrees per side, the ability to sharpen asymmetrical grinds, micro-angle adjustments in less than 1 degree increments and the ability to clamp blades that are up to 3/8" thick. Providing greater angle control and a wider range of angle options than the WE50 and WE100 models, it can clamp a large assortment of knife grinds and blade thicknesses. The WE120 Precision Sharpener can be mounted to a home workstation or mounted to any of the bases we offer. The WE120 Portable does not require a base. It comes with a carrying case and a C-clamp for easy mounting to any surface.

The WE130 is our most versatile sharpener. It offers you the ability to clamp the widest variety of knife grinds, gives you the widest range of angles and the ability to adjust the angles independently. These features create a sharpening system with a highly controlled level of precision for the serious knife enthusiast.

The WE130 Precision Sharpener includes our patented Generation 3 Cam-Lock Vise. This vise is ideal for accommodating a wide variety of knife grinds, including fully flat and hollow ground blades. The Split Jaw Design of the vise allows the jaws to flex so they can firmly grasp distally tapered blades, like many everyday-carry pocket knives and kitchen knives. It offers an expansive range of sharpening angles, allowing you to sharpen a wide assortment of blades, from 13 to 35 degrees per side. Blades with wider angles, such as daggers, cleavers, bushcraft knives and blades with chisel grinds, are all possible on this sharpener, as well as blades with low angles, like many Japanese knives and many knives made from modern super steels. The WE130 also provides independent angle adjustment, allowing you to sharpen asymmetrical grinds.

For avid sharpeners, collectors and knife enthusiasts, the desire to retain the original design or a custom bevel on your knife is paramount to your passion for knives. Made in the USA, the Generation 3 Pro Sharpener is our premier sharpener and definite must if you are sharpening a large volume of knives, run a sharpening service or want a sharpener with the simplest set up and the newest hardware. It is feature rich and makes sharpening, touch-ups and repairs a quick and easy task for any user.

The one-step angle adjustment, ranging from 14 to 27 degrees, allows the user to change the sharpening angle simultaneously on both sides of the knife which makes the process of sharpening a knife with the Generation 3 Pro model faster and simpler than our other consumer models.

The free-floating, Cam-Lock Vise Jaw design allows for one handed, secure clamping of knives including fully flat ground blades and it features a tension adjustment which lets the user choose the appropriate tension for varying thicknesses of knives. The maximum blade thickness accepted by the Generation 3 Pro is 3/16” but jaws for 1/4” thick blades are available for this model. A self-centering vise jaw helps create a symmetrical angle on both sides of your knife while you sharpen.

Extra Fine 800 Grit / Ultra Fine 1000 Grit Diamond Stones Pack

The 1500 Grit Diamond Stone is an excellent abrasive for removing scratches from an edge. We’ve tested a lot of stones over the years and we’re giving this one a 5 star rating. It makes a terrific addition to any Wicked Edge kit. The Glass Platens opposite the stones are for mounting and using Lapping Film.

We highly recommend using the product with Lapping Film. We’ve had great success in creating razor sharp results and mirror finishes when using the 6 and 3 Micron Diamond Lapping Film after the 1500 grit Diamond Stones.  

Replacement leather strip for any Wicked Edge Leather Strops Pack. The leather strip is attached to the handle by using a hot glue gun.
