Shipping policy

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FOB THUNDERBIRD GEAR BOLTON ONTARIO

All orders shipped to Canadian destinations are free of additional charge via Canada Post. Orders with value less than $100.00 are shipped standard mail with no insurance and no tracking. Expedited service with insurance and tracking is available for a flat fee of $10.00. Orders with a value greater than $100.00 will be shipped Expedited Post with a tracking number and insurance of up to $100.00. Extra insurance may be purchased for an additional charge. ($3.00per $100.00)  

In store or curb side pickups are always welcome.

International orders are shipped Via Post. Prices vary based on size, weight and destination.

Thunderbird Gear will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, late shipments or shipments seized by authorities. We will however do what ever we can to help you with any shipping issues.
