Let there be light...

Measuring 3.6" long with a 0.740" diameter, the Apollo is the perfect pocket companion. Machined entirely from premium materials with a scooped body shape, the titanium clip is secured to the body with custom, in-house screws while a sapphire lens and clicky tail switch complete the build.

  • The Titanium, Bronze, & Copper models feature bare metal with our signature texture on the front and back for superior grip
  • The X-Tone model is smooth bodied with a two-tone anodized finish, anodized green screws, and glowy tail switch

    Powerful and efficient battery options

    All of the power comes from a 14500 lithium ion battery which is the same form factor as a AA but higher voltage for better performance. Included with each light is a Nitecore NL1411R 1100mAh battery with an integrated USB-C port for quick and easy charging. You can also use any 14500-sized battery on the market.

Danish Design Meets American Manufacturing

Will Hodges, Founder of Tactile Turn

My father was a cabinetmaker with a deep appreciation for modern Danish furniture which he imparted to me. Exemplified by clean design, great materials, and proper craftsmanship – the style is part of the culture and no one does it better than the legendary designer Jens Ansø.

We've been fans of Jens' work for years now and, as it turns out, one of our Kickstarters in 2016 was the first pen that he backed so the feeling was mutual. When he reached out about a potential pen collaboration back in August 2024, I pretty much said 'yes' before knowing what he had in mind.

Inspired by 1950s drafting tools

Jens envisioned a VERY slim pen with a knurled grip, hexagonal body, and our Side Click mechanism which involved processes we've never done before but the team was up for the challenge.

For reference, 0.365" diameter is the slimmest we've done before and the Ansø Pen, at 0.315" is quite a bit slimmer and forced us to redesign the internal, clip, and side button position for a clean and balanced end result

Offered in both Stonewashed Titanium and Brass (per his request) only in Short length, the Ansø Pen accommodates Parker-style refills and comes with an OHTO PG-105 blue ink refill perfect for taking notes or drafting plans.

The oceans are home to a vast array of unique marine life with the deepest point being a full mile deeper than Mount Everest is tall. Pushing the boundaries of human capability, ocean exploration involves requires advanced technology, careful planning, and, of course, an adventurous spirit. This is the first Seasonal built on the newer Standard Diameter Switch Pen and features a unique mix of blue tones, reminiscent of the waves above and currents below the surface and finished with a top layer of “Typhoon” Cerakote FX to add a subtle teal shimmer. The bronze toggle switch evokes materials commonly used in marine applications while the black DLC clip and iconic Mark V Navy dive helmet engraving complete the look.


Inspired by the vast, mysterious oceans which cover 71% of the Earth's surface, Deep Sea features a multi-layer, shimmering Cerakote finish and nautical accents.

G10 is a composite material that's made by layering glass cloth soaked in epoxy. It's very popular in the EDC community for knife scales because it's light and durable but there are challenges to making it into pens. Specifically, it only comes in sheets and is extremely messy to machine. The natural (jade) color will slowly darken and patina over time while the OD Green should remain unchanged. Also, the texture is prominent right out of the box but will eventually smooth on the high-wear areas
