This newest iteration of jaws allows any sharpener with the Cam-Lock Vise to securely clamp blades up to 3/16" thick. 

This adapter is not compatible with the DualCam© Vise on the WE66 Obsidian.

Hapstone Lighting System consists of two metal sections, with pivoting ball joints that provide a high degree of freedom.  The VIJIM VL66 LED light is the ideal aid for knife sharpening.

One of the main advantages of the fixture is the unique instant locking system with a single screw clamp. The system works very efficiently and allows you to smoothly change the degree of freedom of all the rotating elements until they are fully locked.

Hapstone Premium CBN

These stones are made from CBN powder (cubic boron nitride). Hapstone Premium CBN uses a metal-organic bond, which is close to metal in terms of its wear resistance, but the bar on this bond works softer. Hapstone Premium CBN is ideal for both modern "super steels" and for the sharpening of ceramic knives. The stones are mounted on a blank (powder-coated) of high quality aircraft-grade aluminum.

Benefits of sharpening knives with Hapstone Premium CBN stones:

• Comfort in work — the stone is hard enough but comfortable in work. It is often compared to Japanese water stones, but Hapstone Premium CBN is ten times more durable than them.
• Unpretentiousness — stones for knives made of boron nitride do not require additional care, which cannot be said about natural and synthetic stones for sharpening of knives. These bars do not require the application of cutting fluids (coolants).
• Delicate processing — CBN grains work softer and more productively, while not leaving unwanted scratches on the cutting-edge during the sharpening of a knife. This is due to the fact that CBN has an octahedron-shaped crystal structure — it has more cutting edges, but corners are less sharp, which gives a good mirror result.
